His broad background enables him to provide strategic financial guidance, strengthen business operations, and help organizations achieve long-term stability and growth.

Phyllis Brown Glenn attended Adelphi Business School in New York, where she studied Business Administration. She brings more than 30 years of combined professional and administrative experience. Mrs.

Mr. Parris is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, where he honorably served as a Corporal and Military Police Officer. His military service helped shape his strong character, discipline, leadership abilities, and commitment to serving and protecting others.

Mrs. Ida Mae Parris has proudly stood beside her husband, a United States military veteran, for more than 50 years, exemplifying a lifelong commitment to faith, family, and service. Together, they faithfully served in ministry for over 25 years, dedicating their lives to encouraging and uplifting others through compassion and spiritual leadership.

Delois Parris is a dedicated community advocate, educator, healthcare professional, and licensed evangelist with more than 30 years of outreach and leadership experience. Throughout her life, she has remained committed to helping underserved individuals and families while providing encouragement, guidance, and practical assistance to those facing challenging circumstances. Ms.

Pastor Timothy S. Bennett is a compassionate pastor, community leader, and outreach advocate with more than 25 years of experience serving individuals and families within underserved communities. Throughout his ministry, he has remained committed to restoring hope, promoting healing, and helping people overcome the personal and social challenges that can prevent them from achieving stability and independence.

Jose Enrique Guerrero is a community servant whose work is rooted in a deep sensitivity to human suffering, especially among children and the elderly. His commitment to service comes from direct contact with vulnerable communities — listening to their stories, addressing their needs, and standing beside those who need support the most. Mr.

Mrs. Debbie Green is an experienced community-outreach advocate with more than 25 years of dedicated service to individuals and families across various communities. Throughout her years of service, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to empowering others, connecting people with essential resources, and helping individuals overcome barriers to stability and personal success.

Dr. Carmel Lewis brings 12 years of pastoral leadership and outreach experience to her service on the Board of Directors. She worked as a Sales Representative for ten years — four of those years in real estate selling homes, three years as a Sales Consultant at Farmers Furniture, and three years as a Sales Agent at Liberty National Life Insurance Company.

Pauline Kong is a devoted woman of faith whose life reflects a deep commitment to serving God, caring for others, and bringing joy and encouragement to those around her. Pauline is married to her husband, David Kong, and together they are the proud parents of three children. Family, faith, and service have remained important foundations throughout her life.

Tamarkys F. Troncoso is a passionate advocate for children and families in need, whose life reflects a deep commitment to service, compassion, and community uplift. Driven by a sincere love for people, she has dedicated her time and energy to supporting vulnerable individuals and families both locally and internationally.

Mr. Rick S. Nhek was born in Cambodia, raised in Selma, Alabama, and has made Georgia his home for much of his life.

Sereca Boykin is a dedicated community servant and member of the Board of Directors of Designed to Soar, Inc. Born in Havana, Florida, she completed her high school education in Miami, Florida, before continuing her studies at Thomas Technical Institute in Thomasville, Georgia, where she earned a diploma in Cosmetology. Throughout her life, Sereca has demonstrated a strong commitment to service and helping others.
